    Yes. A consultation helps the clinical team understand your goals, history and whether a programme is appropriate.

  2. Are all therapies suitable for everyone?

    No. Suitability depends on individual assessment, medical history and clinician judgement.

  3. How do I book an appointment?

  4. Where is the clinic located?

    Ground Floor, Farooq Hospital, Avenue Mall, Main Ghazi Rd, DHA, Lahore, 54000.

  5. Can I check my appointment or queue status online?

    Yes. Patients will be able to use the appointment lookup and live queue features once those services are enabled.

  6. Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

    Yes. Call 0314 3590111, 0313 3590222, 0314 4590333 and the front-desk team will help you reschedule or cancel.

  7. What should I bring to my first visit?

    Please bring a valid ID, any recent lab reports or imaging, and a list of current medications.

  8. Do you accept insurance?

    Insurance and payment arrangements vary by programme. Please confirm with the front-desk team when booking.
