Personal and health information is used to schedule and deliver care, coordinate with consultants and hospital departments, process billing, send appointment reminders, and respond to enquiries. We do not use your clinical information for marketing.

Information is shared only with the clinicians and staff directly involved in your care, and with laboratories or specialists you are referred to. We do not sell personal information, and we disclose it to third parties only where required by law or with your consent.

Clinical records are held securely within Farooq Hospital's systems and paper files, with access limited to authorised personnel. Website enquiry forms are transmitted securely and reviewed only by the clinic's front-desk and clinical coordination team.
