The biomarkers that actually predict healthspan

A standard annual panel tells you whether you are ill today. A longevity panel tells you where your body is heading over the next decade.

Most routine blood work is designed to catch disease that has already arrived. Longevity medicine asks a different question: which measurable signals move earliest, and which of them respond to how you live? The answer is a small, disciplined set of markers — not a hundred-line printout.

Metabolic signal before disease

Fasting insulin, ApoB and hs-CRP shift years before a conventional diagnosis. Together they describe how efficiently you handle fuel, how much atherogenic cargo is circulating, and how much low-grade inflammation is running in the background.

  • ApoB — the particle count that drives cardiovascular risk, more informative than LDL-C alone
  • Fasting insulin and HOMA-IR — insulin resistance is visible long before glucose drifts
  • hs-CRP — the quiet inflammatory load that accelerates almost every age-related process
  • VO₂ max and grip strength — functional markers that track mortality risk better than most labs

Measure, intervene, re-measure

A single panel is a photograph. Value comes from the sequence: baseline, a targeted intervention, and a repeat panel at 12 to 16 weeks. That loop is the backbone of every programme we run.
